Last February, a group of students from 3rd and 4th of ESO took part in a lingüistic immersion in Bournemouth, a beautiful city in the South-west coast of England. Their first time abroad for many of them! The program included English lessons and tours to nearby destinations, including a day visit to London. The students were lodged at different host families and, in this way , they got to know the way of living within a typical British home, and could practice their English.
The experience was great, and everybody keeps now ,for sure, special memories of the people they met or the places they discovered. And….. also many anecdotes to tell their friends! Here are some photos of this extraordinary trip! 🙂
El pasado Febrero un grupo de estudiantes de tercero y cuarto participaron en una inmersión lingüística en Bournemouth, una bonita ciudad en la costa suroeste de Inglaterra. Primera vez en el extranjero para algunos de ellos. El programa incluía clases en inglés y tours a destinos cercanos, incluyendo una visita de un día a Londres. Los estudiantes se alojaron en diferentes familias anfitrionas, y , así, pudieron conocer la forma de vida en un típico hogar Británico, y pudieron practicar su inglés.
La experiencia fue genial, y todo el mundo guarda ahora, con seguridad , recuerdos especiales de la gente que conocieron o los sitios que descubrieron. Y …. también muchas anecdotas que contar a sus amigos. Aquí hay algunas fotos de este viaje extraordinario! 🙂
